Do you provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment?
Yes. Mariana & Osmin come fully equipped with professional-grade cleaning supplies and tools to ensure every surface is sparkling and clean. If you have specialty surfaces (such as unsealed marble) or preferred personal products, we are happy to use them upon request.
Do I have to be home while you clean?
That is entirely up to your preference. Many of our Texas clients prefer to be home for the initial walkthrough, while recurring clients provide a garage code, lockbox, or key. We are a bonded and fully insured Texas LLC, so your home and privacy are completely secure.
What is your 100% Clean Guarantee?
If you ever notice a corner, fixture, or room that was not cleaned to your total satisfaction, simply notify us within 24 hours. We will promptly return to your home and re-clean that specific area for free — no hassle, no arguments.
How do payments and scheduling work?
We provide transparent electronic invoicing upon completion of your clean. We accept all major credit cards, bank transfers, and electronic payments. There are zero binding contracts, so you can pause or reschedule recurring services whenever life requires.
